Expertise

Mr. Clark joined Hydro Geo Chem in 2009. He has over 10 years experience in ArcView GIS and AutoCAD and offers a wide palette of skills, including GIS data management, GIS programming, RTK GPS, AutoCAD drafting, database management, statistical analysis, data collection, graphics production, internet programming, and surface modeling.  His primary focus at Hydro Geo Chem is to both support project work in the field and assist the drafting department.

Representative Experience

• Land Survey Technician - Survey Crew Chief:  Responsible for management of field data collected and input into AutoCAD.  Prepared ALTA topographical survey maps and surface models.  Created and edited engineering plans, plats, records of survey, subdivision and exhibit drawings; including preparing legal descriptions and subdivision layout.  Supervised two and three man survey crews for various phases of data collection using GPS and Total Stations.

Graduate Research Assistant – Instructor:  Responsible for managing and creating Internet-based introductory GIS course materials.  Conducted ArcGIS-based analysis.  Instructor of record for classes in Geography, Computer Cartography, and Introduction to GIS.  Developed HTML and graphics using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop.

GIS Analyst - Responsible for developing soil loss model for INEEL using ArcView software. Created presentation quality maps from GIS data using ArcView and Adobe Illustrator.

• Intern - Conducted ArcView and ArcInfo-based GIS analysis and data creation.  Performed database development and SQL-based inquiries.  Developed ArcIMS and Internet applications.
