Mr. Dozier is experienced in environmental science projects including: long-term water treatment system construction and maintenance; monitoring topsoil application and revegetation on impacted areas, implementation of soil and water conservation techniques on reclaimed property; installation, operation, and maintenance of field-testing equipment associated with water quality, monitoring, and ground water testing; record keeping of influent and effluent water discharge and other hydrological data; soil and water sampling, weed and insect surveying, pesticide and fertilizer recommendations; completing directives and projects set forth by remediation and geotechnical engineers; and development of research and programs for chemical applicators to help reduce pesticide spray drift. He is also experienced in environmental project administration including: implementing compliance with United States Forest Service and United States trustee in environmental regulations concurrent with the Black Pine Mine closure; development of business and project plans; supervision of USFS employees, general contractors, and other miscellaneous employees; sale and removal of property assets, facility upkeep and maintenance; and preparation of technical reports and presentations to small and large groups. Additionally, he has experience operating and maintaining field equipment and machinery including: extensive use of hand and power tools, and general maintenance abilities; heavy equipment experience including farm tractors, backhoe, forklift, large trucks and loaders; HDPE/PVC pipe and drip irrigation installation; familiarity with pumps, plumbing, and irrigation systems; and electronics testing and diagnostics.

Representative Experience

• Managing Member/Owner of a start-up business consisting of seven individuals that are involved in bottling and selling geothermal spring water. As a partial owner/operator responsibilities included the following: general business operations, bottling equipment research and recommendations, business plan development, site clean up and construction, bottling production, and other miscellaneous business needs.

• Mine Supervisor. Helped coordinate between the United States Forest Service and the United States Trustee to facilitate final reclamation requirements that were concurrent with the Black Pine mine closure. Monitored all mine closure activities and operations including work done by local contractors such as earth moving, topsoil application, revegetation, and other construction projects. Other closure activities including sale and removal of mine assets, and clean up of impacted areas. Continually monitored and maintained the long-term water treatment system for desired performance. This system was designed to remove heavy metals and nitrate from waters percolating through the remaining heap leach pile. Periodic water sampling and analysis of influent and effluent waters and surrounding wells was also done as well as upkeep of precipitation records, and overall water balances. Made recommendations to the involved parties regarding final mine closure needs and responsibilities

• Mine Foreman. Worked with the mine supervisor on the construction and installation of the long-term water treatment system. This comprised helping survey and plot construction area and all other facets of the construction project (machinery operation, and field fitting equipment). After treatment system was installed, helped operate and maintain. Other duties included supervising clean up and other reclamation projects on the mine property.

• Inside Sales Representative. As an inside sales representative spoke to individuals and business owners regarding computer hardware and software needs, and made sales recommendation based on those needs. This position required excellent verbal communication skills, sales ability, and customer service resolutions. Assisted customers with technical support issues and escalations. Maintained business accounts to insure brand loyalty. This position required good technical knowledge regarding both computer hardware and software.

• Manufactures Representative. Spraying Systems Company is the worlds leading manufacture of spray nozzles, and associated equipment. Working as a manufactures representative developed and maintained a working relation with regional customers, while expanding the end user base. My territory included the seven western states (TeeJet West). This position required an in depth knowledge of chemical application techniques, agricultural chemicals, and other various agronomic practices. Provided educational and promotional seminars to TeeJet users and dealers. Individuals attending received continued education credits towards application certification. Represented Spraying Systems Co. during regional and national tradeshows. When not visiting customers, participated in office administration that included placing customer orders (order entry), development of technical and marketing mailers, and satisfying customer inquires. This position also required excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as technical aptitude.

• Agronomy Fieldman. Worked with area growers making fertilizer and chemical recommendations. During this period, obtained a crop consultants license. Responsible for helping maintain the operation of the plant facility as well as employee management. Routinely setup and maintained various chemical and fertilizer application equipment for farmers. This position required excellent customer communications, and service.
