ANNOUNCEMENTS

Newly Appointed:

Hydro Geo Chem, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Abra J. Bentley as President. Abra received her M.S. in environmental engineering in 1994.  She worked as a project scientist at HGC from 1997 through 1999, at which point she left to pursue other interests.  From 2000 to 2004 she was a research engineer at Bend Research, a pharmaceutical research company.  At the end of 2004, Abra returned to environmental work and to HGC.

At Hydro Geo Chem, Abra served as project manager for a Phase III Pilot Scale Study and on-going remedial efforts for LUST petroleum hydrocarbon contamination at West Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona.  She has managed site investigations that have included collection and interpretation of chemical, hydrogeologic, and bioremedial systems data.  Abra has taken part in corporate matters and has been on the Board of Directors of HGC since 2008.
