Position: Numerical Modeler/Hydrogeologist -
project manager for groundwater and gas flow
modeling projects as applied to remediation
systems.
Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Hydrology or
Geology
Location: Tucson,
AZ
Job Summary: Candidate should
be an expert in constructing, calibrating, simulating,
and reporting flow and solute transport models;
especially simulation of regional groundwater
flow systems, wellfield hydraulics, and remediation
designs. Experience with gas flow and transport
modeling a plus.
Required Qualifications: 8
to 10 years in a responsible position conducting
numerical simulations of groundwater and gas
flow. Candidate must have experience applying
codes such as MODFLOW, MODFLOW-SURFACT, MODPATH,
MT3D, and PEST.
