Mr. Nicley joined Hydro Geo Chem, Inc. in 2025. His duties include environmental field sampling, maintenance and monitoring; data collection and review; and equipment maintenance and management. He assists with performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Mr. Nicley provides administrative support to project managers. He is updating and amending HGC’s safety program.

• 7th St & Arizona Ave WQARF Site, Tucson, Arizona: Preparation of field equipment including unpacking and repacking post servicing; soil vapor sampling; OM&M; and data tabulation.
• Former Dolly Madison Corrective Action LUST Site, Tucson, Arizona: Performed low-flow groundwater sampling and water level monitoring. Preparation of field equipment. Preparation of samples and shipping to lab.
• Krueger Phase I Campbell, Tucson: Performed site visit and assessment; photolog preparation; review and compilation of database reports with potential environmental contamination points of interest. Review of historical reports to trace ownership and establish a history of buildings and surrounding areas; collate data from said reports; contact previous owners for historical information relating to property during ownership.
• Statewide Assessment & Remediation of Hazardous or Regulated Substances or Materials, Well Plug and Abandon Arizona: Oversight of road building and grubbing; sampling of investigation derived waste (IDW); and oversight of IDW removal and disposal.
Previous Experience
• 2021-2025, Real Estate Agent - Provided property verifications to include data such as flood plains, zoning classification, and locations of property lines via Pima County GIS; contact maintenance related to alerting interested persons when properties became available; and contract negotiation and procedures with other real estate agents to ensure legal safety and client satisfaction.
• 2020-2021, Special Education Teacher - Met with parents to amplify student priorities and needs; provided statistical modeling via charts and graphs; and recordkeeping for state regulatory authorities.
• 2016-2020, Special Education Facilitator/Department Lead/504 Coordinator - Spearheaded implementation of new district-wide curriculum; identified and combined instructional methodologies to maximize content retention; special education lead for curriculum development and recordkeeping for regulatory authorities; and community education on accessibility needs for improvement of public facilities.
